POWIS ARMS a 17th Century traditional Country Inn set in deepest unspoiled Shropshire. A very warm welcome awaits all who visit here.

We are situated by the gateway to Walcot Hall only a 5-10 min pleasant walk up the drive past the quiet large fishing lake.

The bar is proud to serve award winning local real ales and discuss the merits of the ales with any interested party.

There is also a full bar service of other beers, lager and ciders and a comprehensive selection of Malt whisky.

We also provide an excellent outside bar service.

We are within easy reach of Historical Ludlow, Quaint Bishops Castle with its Two excellent award winning breweries, Mystical Clun Castle & Roman and Medieval Shrewsbury through which the River Severn meanders gracefully.
